Ana Cristina Barragán is an Ecuadorian filmmaker (1987). She made her first short film when she was only 20 years old. She has directed three short films: Despierta/Awake (2008), Domingo violeta/Violet Sunday (2010), Anima/Spirit (2013). Awake was screened at several international film festivals. Domingo violeta premiered at the Locarno festival. Alba (2016), her feature film debut, won the Lions Films Award at Rotterdam, the Jury Mention at San Sebastian, and several other international awards.It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout.
