César Hernández is a young Venezuelan director and screenwriter, born in Maracay and graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Cine in Caracas in 2024. During his studies, he directed two short films: Requiem (2021) and Chiche (2023). The latter was awarded Best Documentary Short Film at the prestigious Caracas Doc festival, consolidating his place in the Venezuelan film scene.
